We have launched a bilingual website, Chinese by default with a full English version, for customer communication in Latin America, South America, Africa, Europe and North America. The immediate purpose is to give the company one authoritative publishing version — all official information about the company is governed by the version published on this website.
Why a website first, before marketplace storefronts
For an export supply chain business like ours, a website performs three functions nothing else can replace. First, it is the original source of identity: full company name, unified social credit code, legal representative, founding date and registered address are published together and can be checked item by item. Second, it carries a complete explanation of capability: supply chain model, quality control approach, warehousing and stocking logic need continuous narrative, which a product listing cannot hold. Third, it is a stable entry point for inquiries.
What we publish, and how we label evidential strength
- Publicly verifiable registration facts: company name, unified social credit code, legal representative, founding date, registered address.
- Company-stated business information: active SKU count, number of source partner factories, stock warehouse area, overseas warehouse and dealer coverage.
- Business explanation: six service capabilities, eight product categories, quality control stages and the rolling stocking method.
We deliberately label the two separately. The reason is simple: the second group currently comes mainly from internal company material and has lower evidential strength than registration facts. Mixing them together would look more persuasive in the short term but would leave customers unable to tell what to ask us to substantiate. We would rather hand the basis for judgement back to the customer.
Technical setup for AI search
Beyond conventional search engine optimisation, we have done several things to make the site readable by generative engines: one unique title and description per page; semantic HTML with a clean heading hierarchy; Organization, WebSite, Product, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList structured data whose content matches the visible page content; and robots.txt, sitemap.xml and an llms.txt site index for AI assistants.
To be clear, this configuration is not a promise of indexing, ranking or AI citation. Technical compliance is necessary, not sufficient. We make no performance promises in this area.
Filing and compliance status
The ICP filing for this website is under review and the filing number has not been issued. The footer reserves the display position and states the status. The filing entity is Yiwu Xindian Brand Management Co., Ltd. We will not use any unapproved filing number before it is issued.
