Confirm styles and craft, and arrange samples; stock lines can be sampled directly.

We issue a formal quotation covering unit price, case pack, MOQ, lead time and trade terms.

Production is scheduled to the confirmed order; milestones are reported and exceptions raised immediately.

Pre-shipment inspection by sampling standard, packaging and case pack confirmed, then booking and loading.

Sea, air or express per plan, with documents and customs paperwork, tracked through to arrival.
Quality
Quality & compliance
We try to keep quality risk on the Chinese side of the shipment.
- Pre-shipment inspection: bulk orders are inspected by an agreed sampling standard (e.g. AQL), with defect types and rates recorded; problem batches are reworked or replaced before shipment.
- Craft and detail checks: print colour deviation, material feel, dimensional tolerance, packaging labels and barcodes are checked against the approved sample.
- Material compliance: for categories involving food contact, children's products or environmental requirements, test items and report requirements can be agreed before ordering; specific certificates and reports are subject to the documents actually obtained.
Warehouse
Stock warehouse and rolling stocking
- Over 10,000 square meters of stock warehouse: fast-moving categories are kept in stock to support quick replenishment and small trial orders.
- Four rolling batches: one arriving at overseas warehouses, one on the water to the customer, one in our own stock, and one in pre-scheduled production based on overseas sell-through data.
- Unified brand cards and packaging: stock items use a unified card and packaging system that builds the party win visual identity and makes shipments retail-ready.
